KENNEWICK! Booyah! Plenty of inexpensive retail space for lease for cheap. And come on, I spend wayyyy too much on this stuff not to do it!

Hmmm. Not a bad idea either!

My thoughts: Open a store where you can survive. The last thing we want is to see someone come and go (assuming they're a good place). I will make the drive anywhere around here for another choice. I'm sure that's a sentiment most of us share. But just be sure to set yourself up for success. THAT'S key.

And maybe that happens to be in Kennewick. Off 395 and 27th. Nice and close to home.  :P ::)

what do you want him build next to petco , well my uncle us to own every bit of that land at on time made a killing setting on it for all those years and then selling it off  , but that would have to be one very established business to make it next door to the box store in the same business

Kennewick is a good choice but I would think somewhere else would be good just because Kennewick has a few fish stores already!  Like someone else said....go where you can survive and people will come if they need something.
