anyone have any diamond hole saws?
« on: May 15, 2009, 03:56:36 PM »
I'm building a new tank since the last one I had broke.  And was wondering if anyone had a 1 1/8" or 1 7/16" or 1 1/2" diamond hole saw I could borrow or rent from them.  Or anyone know a place locally that will drill and how much they charge per hole?

Thanks, Nathan

I have a 39mm (1.5") around here somewhere but I can't find it..
Drilling for 3/4" bulkheads right?

All I can find in the cabinet right now is the 45mm for 1" bulkheads.
You can borrow that one if you want.

If you can wait 2 weeks order a new one from www.richontools.com
It'll cost you about $5.30 for a 39mm shipped and take 2 weeks to arrive from Hong Kong.

Ya I'm drilling 3/4" bulkhead.  I was thinking about using a diamond tip dremel bit since the hole doesn't really have to be perfectly round but I don't know
