Bristle worms!
« on: September 26, 2007, 06:47:36 pm »
I found a Bristle worm in my tank today! It was about 2 1/2" long and it looked like a millipede.

Sounds like a bristle worm alright.  Good detritavore...nothing to worry about.  There are only a very minimal number of types of bristle worms that cause any problems.  Most likely yours will be the kind all the rest of us end up with.  Just don't touch them with bare hands!
