Why do it on a Tuesday?  Why not the weekend when people could spend more time?  Sounds like it is going to be a blast.  Are you selling tickets to the event?
150g AGA, 200lbs LR, Cinnamon Clown, 2 engineer gobies, Spotted Mandarin, coral beauty, Skunk cleaner, scarlet wrasse, Bangai Cardinals.  Corals, check out my thread!!

The second Tuesday of the month is our normal meeting time.  I will talk to the rest of the committee and see if they would not mind switching it to a Saturday evening.

I believe the raffle ticket will be $1 each for the dry goods and $2 for the frags.   There will be a silent auction of dry-good items valued over $200 and the coral colonies.

Thx,

Scott

Scott,
There will be a meeting in Seattle with vendors and Raffle  on the 19th of November.     I hope this helps you.    I know you want as many people as possible.   It sounds like a good time.
