Mid-Columbia Saltwater Aquarium Club

April meeting 4/14 @ 7PM - Grant's house

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.

Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

If you need address/directions, contact a club member.

Best if you park at Mini Mall (where the spaghetti establishment use to be)

You will get to see his new frag tank set up in the making.

Hope to see you there!

One day at a time!

« on: September 06, 2005, 11:32:52 pm »

Ok, guys...and gals-I have been waiting for my husband to help me get my tank moved over to my new stand and it still has not been done!    I am now pleading to all of you....is there anyone out there who could take a day and help me move my tank over? And, if there are any REALLY smart ones who know how to quiet my tank- please speak up! Is there anyone out there willing to take this challenge?
Thanks.
Dashia

I have two 27g tubs and a 5g bucket we can use once I set up my new sump!  I can help with anything you need.  2PM sounds fine.

Yeah I think that will be good but it never hurts to have more than you need!  I will bring one tub for Mr. Justin Case!  Cheesy

Do you need me to bring anything else?

I love Mountain Dew. Cheesy

Sounds like you've got lots of help here.  These guys are always good for helping out in a pinch.

Ok so I sat outside Dashia's house for like 30 minutes.  Then I went over to Brickhouse Pizza for about 35 minutes and called Shane to see where everyone was.  I drive back to Dashia's and Shane calls and says hey Angel it was Sunday that we said to move the tank!

Sorry but I read this whole thing again and it doesn't say anywhere what day!  So I assumed since this was posted during the week that "this weekend" meant Saturday. :?   Unfortunately I work on Sundays and won't be able to help tomorrow but I have 5 5g buckets you guys can come by and borrow for tomorrow.  Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Ya know Angel...I could have sworn it said Sunday-so I myself came in and pulled up the forum just to make sure. You are right- no where does it say Sunday!  Terry was under the same understanding as you. Sorry Angel! Sorry Terry! We are all about forgiveness, right??? Now, the problem is that neither Angel or Terry can help tomorrow!! Work and baby girl! And as much as I like Shane, I don't think only he and I can take on this task! So, is there anyone out there available TOMORROW that would be SUNDAY!!!  Thanks and again, I am sorry for the miscommunication.

If you wanted to do it a little later in the evening I could help.  I usually get home about 5:30?  Let me know?
