April meeting 4/14 @ 7PM - Grant's house

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.

Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

If you need address/directions, contact a club member.

Best if you park at Mini Mall (where the spaghetti establishment use to be)

You will get to see his new frag tank set up in the making.

Hope to see you there!

We will be having another MCMAC planning meeting at our house at 7:00 pm on June 29th.   We're getting closer to the event and there is still much to do, so all help is appreciated!

Thanks!

Rico and Lucy, I tried to get a hold of round tables but unfortunately did not succeed.

I wanted to let you know so that we can look elsewhere.

Any other suggestions, please let me know. Cool

Hey, this is CARMEN and yes I'm using my husband "Sirfisher's" password again....shame on me.

I wanted to know if there are going to be other items up for auction other than saltwater related items.

I would like to put together a fun basket of goodies as a contribution to the group....who knows I may even make it fish related.

Hey girls.....maybe it'll be girly stuff.

Carmen,

I think that is a great idea Cheesy   A variety will help keep everyone satisfied.  And we want to make this a fun event for everyone who attends.

Should I rent the Bouncy Castle again

The bouncy tent sounds like a good idea.  So does the basket idea, thanks Carmen.

Hey guys.  I talked to Country Gentlemen, Granny's and Old Town Buffet.  If I could get some idea of how many people might attend the breakfast,  I could have some better answers at Wed's meeting.  Also about what time do you think that we will be getting started with the breakfast?  Also important in the decision making process.

Sounds good John,

Lets give an estimate of 35-45 people for breakfast (could go higher)  and we need to start breakfast at 9am so the tank tour can start at 10 - 10:30 am.

Thanks for the great work John Smiley
