January Meeting 1/14/12 @ 6PM! - OFFICER ELECTIONS!

Beau is hosting the January Meeting this coming Saturday the 14th at 6PM.  It will be BYOB as well as a snack to share and raffle items are always welcome.  It has been requested that there be “NO SHOES” on the carpet due to it being a whitish color.

He doesn’t have a tank to view but we will have plenty to discuss in hopes that it will get the NEW YEAR off to a good start.  The annual membership fees are due, so now would be a good time to get them in to our Treasurer Stacey Hahn.   Fees are $20 per individual or $25 per family

Attendance was low at the election meeting in November and no votes were taken at December’s meeting so we have decided to take votes for anyone that didn’t get the opportunity in November and will be attending this meeting.
We will add the votes to November’s ballots and the announcement will be made during the meeting so we can go forward.
NOMINATIONS:
President:  Jim & Nacho
V. President: Ed, Bo & Daniel Leigey
Treasurer: Stacey
Secretary: Carmen & Angie

Let’s hope the New Year brings new members, returning members and new ideas.  The club is always willing to take suggestions to get the most out of the hobby we all enjoy.

Please PM Nate C. by clicking here for directions if you are not a club member.

Club members can click here to go to the club member only forum to get directions.

Hope to see you all there!

Calling all volunteers for the August meeting.  We would like to have a planning meeting at Rick's and my house this coming Friday (April 1st) at 6:30.  Please let me know as soon as possible  if this day and time will work for you.  If we  have a majority available, we'll move forward from there.

No April Fool's jokes allowed!

Something came up and I can't make it tonight to the meeting!  Sad   However, I do have menus from various catering places - I can send with someone (Ed?) if you want to look them over, or I can fax to Rick & Barbie's if you have a fax number for me?  Please let me know and also tell me what I can do to help when you make us some more 'to do' lists, Barbie!  Thanks and sorry I can't make it!

No problem, Barbie.  I gave Dashia some basic info - the thing you guys need to decide is how much per person to allow for the catering, then we can go from there as to 'who' and 'what'.  The cost of the BBQ/picnic will likely affect the cost of the tickets, so that is what needs to be firmed up first, I would think.  I told Dashia you can call me at home if you want specific info from any of the menus - I got quite a few of them.   I should be available for most of the evening (we are having family come over, so I couldn't leave, but I can take a phone call if you need me!).  Dashia has my home phone number!  Thanks - sorry I couldn't make the meeting.
