April meeting 4/14 @ 7PM - Grant's house

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.

Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

If you need address/directions, contact a club member.

Best if you park at Mini Mall (where the spaghetti establishment use to be)

You will get to see his new frag tank set up in the making.

Hope to see you there!

Not literally, I moved everything to my holding tank and added a larger sump in preparation for my new set up. It's getting closer folks.

Colleen and I are getting pretty close on our new (Rick's old) tank.  It's set up in the garage, and re-plumbing is nearly complete.  I still need to get the coast-to-coast overflow installed and finish the durso setup on the return lines...then it'll be time for a test fill!

Oh you know I will ask for help.  My wife and I carried the tank from the truck to the living room and she cussed me out for not having more people to help.  I didn't think it was that heavy!   Cheesy

I am getting more and more anxious as the equipemnt comes in and I kow the day is getting closer.  But, I know that in this hobby PATIENCE is a must.

My bulbs, ballasts, and reflectors came in today.  Just waiting on the pumps.  Working with Rick this weekend on plumbing and then deciding on when to drill and plumb.  Les said he's help with the overflow buildup.

Life is good.

Uh...when I get around to taking some I guess.   Tongue   I figured I'd keep it a surprise and just host a meeting once we are up and running.

Well...that sounds better than, "I'm lazy and don't feel like messing with pictures," so, sure...that's it!

Honestly, I've just been working on it so much I haven't even thought to take pictures as I go along.  I was going to grab a couple this morning, but I forgot as I was heading out the door.
