April meeting 4/14 @ 7PM - Grant's house

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.

Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

If you need address/directions, contact a club member.

Best if you park at Mini Mall (where the spaghetti establishment use to be)

You will get to see his new frag tank set up in the making.

Hope to see you there!

Ed,

Do you have to be a member of the Seattle club to attend these meetings?

Yes,  It will cost you twenty dollars to join for the year to see guest speakers.   That helps out in the cost of delivery of guest speakers, and will also help for Mikes big Barbeque in June.   That will hold you off until August 2005.  Then the membership will need to be renewed for another year.  They go August to August.

ED - I smell another ROAD TRIP!!!  whoo hoo!!!  I definitely would like to join and go to the April meeting on lighting and maybe a couple others too.   Anyone want to talk carpool??   A barbecue at Mojo's would be a blast - he has a great set up for a summer blow out party!

Next Meeting will be January 21,  2006 at Sharks Reef.   Mark Reimer(skimmerwhisper)  will be doing a talk on Nano Tanks.  Mark is a Nano Tank Expert.   You will learn things you can do to make to provide a smaller tank a stable environment.    I think we all will agree that smaller tanks are harder to maintain.   There will be a  very nice Nano Tank raffled away With HQI 70 lighting, etc.    I have been watching this thread on Reef Frontiers.    This would be a awesome Road trip if anyone would like to go.  You will have to take a ferry ride to get to this one.    I am going to try to make this one.   I am hoping to go for pizza before hand with friends.     You will need to be a member of PSAS to go to Club meetings.   That money provides you to see Robert Fenner in Febuary, 2006 in Seattle.    I will give you a date of Fenner meeting when its announced.

This is a picture from middle of  the Bay.  The Seattle Skies were awesome looking, no rain, water calm as can be.   Nacho, Rod and I had a awesome time.   I wish you all could have been there.  Cheesy
This was Rod on the lower level of Ferry.  Nacho wanted a upper level view.    Nacho was right above us.   It was gorgeous view of Seattle.   Thanks Nacho and Rod for suggesting taking the other Ferry across. Cheesy
