Mid-Columbia Saltwater Aquarium Club

January Meeting 1/14/12 @ 6PM! - OFFICER ELECTIONS!

Beau is hosting the January Meeting this coming Saturday the 14th at 6PM.  It will be BYOB as well as a snack to share and raffle items are always welcome.  It has been requested that there be “NO SHOES” on the carpet due to it being a whitish color.

He doesn’t have a tank to view but we will have plenty to discuss in hopes that it will get the NEW YEAR off to a good start.  The annual membership fees are due, so now would be a good time to get them in to our Treasurer Stacey Hahn.   Fees are $20 per individual or $25 per family

Attendance was low at the election meeting in November and no votes were taken at December’s meeting so we have decided to take votes for anyone that didn’t get the opportunity in November and will be attending this meeting.  
We will add the votes to November’s ballots and the announcement will be made during the meeting so we can go forward.

Secretary: Carmen & Angie

Let’s hope the New Year brings new members, returning members and new ideas.  The club is always willing to take suggestions to get the most out of the hobby we all enjoy.

I get lucky with my shots. The camera I have isnt that good. It is a really old Sony Mavica.

I want a camera that sees what I see- but Im poor.  Tongue

Bring you tank water to the next meeting at rick house if we can talk him /Barbie into letting us use the sink I will be bringing a Phosphate tester and will be able to test for phosphates in your water  :shock:  Cheesy

Well, we were planning to come to the meeting, but looks like we will be in Bremerton picking up our new 150 on Saturday!! Cheesy   So, while we hate to miss the meeting, we need to get that tank home while Darrel actually has a day off since he has been working 7/12s!!  (and the outage hasn't even started yet - I won't see much of him for the next few months  :cry: )  So, anyway, if someone (Ed?) wanted to 'borrow' our books, making sure we get them all back, I'd be happy to send our reef library to the meeting without us.  (gosh, am I the trusting type or what?!!  :shock: )    Sorry we will miss everyone - hope to see you next month!
