Mid-Columbia Saltwater Aquarium Club

April meeting 4/14 @ 7PM - Grant's house

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.

Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

If you need address/directions, contact a club member.

Best if you park at Mini Mall (where the spaghetti establishment use to be)

You will get to see his new frag tank set up in the making.

Hope to see you there!

Thanks Angel.

Y-Tang - (or anyone with an opionion)  Is Oceanic the only one who makes starfire tanks?  I think I've got my husband convinced we need a 120gal rectangle, not bowfront (sorry, bowfront guys, but I get dizzy too easy to try it) so in your humble opionions, what would be the very best 120 gal starfire pre-drilled tank?  Just looking for more opionions!  (in my experience, nobody in this hobby is without one!)

Todd purchased a Starfire tank from someone.   Maybe he will chime in here.   I know I would love to see a four foot starfire tank the same size as Baits.   He has a 150 four foot tank.   I think it would be ideal for a couple of 400 watt Metal halides.   I love that size.   Cheesy

Les, if you can build me one of those custom-made 8 foot tanks that will fit in my 4-foot space, I'll go for it!

Shane, justt for the heck of it, I am asking them for a quote.  Imagine shipping from Canada would be spendy, but might as well ask!  Also looking at LFS for Oceanic quote.   Still have nothing but my imagination for a reef tank!

Hope to meet you, and everyone, at the meeting!
