April meeting 4/14 @ 7PM - Grant's house

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.

Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

If you need address/directions, contact a club member.

Best if you park at Mini Mall (where the spaghetti establishment use to be)

You will get to see his new frag tank set up in the making.

Hope to see you there!

We've got a cowrie that has been in our tank for nearly 2 years, but, this past Friday it decided to munch on our plate coral.  The plate is recovering, but I am not sure I trust the cowrie anymore...would hate to lose other corals, or have it do further damage to the plate coral.  If anyone is interested (someone with fish only tanks, or with more for room for it to forage?), let me know and we can work something out.  Otherwise, I'm afraid it will have to just be removed and taken in to one of the local stores.  I'd gladly give it away free to a good home.

I'd take it off your hands, let me know what you want for it. I only have some pulsing xenia for trade though.

All we want for it is a home.  We've only got a 75 gal. tank, and Mikeydog gave us some pulsating Xenia at the last meeting, so probably shouldn't add any more.  I'll work on catching him, how can I contact you to get it to you once I've got it in a bag?  We are in the new Creekstone Development (10th and Kellogg) in Kennewick.

I don't know if it will be out tonight, usually see it after the moonlites have been on all night (so likely will find it first thing tomorrow morning).  However, if I get lucky and it's out tonight, if you give me a number, I'll give you a call and we can hand it off to you.

Thanks,

Nate
