January Meeting 1/14/12 @ 6PM! - OFFICER ELECTIONS!

Beau is hosting the January Meeting this coming Saturday the 14th at 6PM.  It will be BYOB as well as a snack to share and raffle items are always welcome.  It has been requested that there be “NO SHOES” on the carpet due to it being a whitish color.

He doesn’t have a tank to view but we will have plenty to discuss in hopes that it will get the NEW YEAR off to a good start.  The annual membership fees are due, so now would be a good time to get them in to our Treasurer Stacey Hahn.   Fees are $20 per individual or $25 per family

Attendance was low at the election meeting in November and no votes were taken at December’s meeting so we have decided to take votes for anyone that didn’t get the opportunity in November and will be attending this meeting.
We will add the votes to November’s ballots and the announcement will be made during the meeting so we can go forward.
NOMINATIONS:
President:  Jim & Nacho
V. President: Ed, Bo & Daniel Leigey
Treasurer: Stacey
Secretary: Carmen & Angie

Let’s hope the New Year brings new members, returning members and new ideas.  The club is always willing to take suggestions to get the most out of the hobby we all enjoy.

Please PM Nate C. by clicking here for directions if you are not a club member.

Club members can click here to go to the club member only forum to get directions.

Hope to see you all there!

As most of you know I bought Rick's (I mean Tom) 150g tank.  I need help moving it to my place.  Rick said he can move it in his truck but we need help picking it up and dropping it off in my garage.  I think next Thursday 18th or Friday 19th evening would be great.  Give me a call if you can help at 943-1995.  I am off on Wed-Fri or anytime in the evening.

Angel,

I'll be home both Thursday and Friday -- so you pick.  Also,  you can call me Rick - as long as you pay me for the tank!!! LOL.

It looks like you've got plenty of volunteers already, but I'd be glad to help on either night as well.

Ok so you have discovered my greatest weakness!  NAMES!!!  I am sorry but I have met so many wonderful people here that it is hard for me to keep the names straight.  Tom, Tom, Tom they say if you the persons name three times when you first meet them you remember is easier.  I'll try that more often.  I am the guy that loves parties with name tags

Looks like most people are available on Friday.  Does 5 or 6 sound better for everyone?  If you folks want to come by the house afterwards and check out my tank we can do that too.  My garage is not connected to the apartment. Thanks a million

Friday sounds great. hopefully around 6pm so those who have to work that day don't have to break speed limits to get there. Just let us know what time and where to meet.
