Looking for a media reactor
« on: July 17, 2012, 03:35:49 PM »
Anyone happen to have a used media reactor they are no longer using and wouldn't mind selling?  TLF Phosban 150, BRS, etc.  I have a DIY project in mind and would rather test it on a used unit then something brand new.

Thanks for looking!

Brian,
Give me a call.  I have a BRS double unit with maxijet.    You can borrow it to test something that way you do not buy one.   I just ask that it come back in same shape afterwards.

Ed,

Thanks for the offer, but I am actually looking for one to mod into a recirculating reactor, so bringing back in the same shape wouldn't be feasible...

Many thanks for the offer, though!

Oops, a guy on facebook has two vertex media reactors for sale..they are usually 109 dollars each.   He wants 150 for both.  Kinda spendy, but I am putting it out there for ya.  :)

Thanks for the heads up, but those are a little out of my budget range at this time.

Also, I had originally wanted one to mod into a recirculating bio pellet reactor, but I have since started dosing vinegar instead, so I am no longer in need of a reactor at the moment.

Thanks again for all of the leads, though!
