April meeting 4/14 @ 7PM - Grant's house

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.

Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

If you need address/directions, contact a club member.

Best if you park at Mini Mall (where the spaghetti establishment use to be)

You will get to see his new frag tank set up in the making.

Hope to see you there!

Sadly, I have decided to break down my tank. Offering first dibs to the club, then it will go on RF and craigslist.  I need to get rid of the live rock first and then the fish need to go unless someone was interested in the whole set up.

CFI acrylic 120g w/ beveled corners, built in overflows, pre-drilled for closed loop, black background, little to no scratches
40 gallon custom acrylic sump w/ Rio 2100 recirc pump
Black stand and canopy
Oceans Motion 4 way w/ a v.3 drum tied into closed loop
Dolphin 4700/5600 pump for closed loop
(2) DE 250w Reef Optix 3 HQI pendants, (2) IceCap Ballasts
(2) VHO actinics w/ URI ballast(Older IceCap)
Neptune Apex Lite Controller, 8 plug Energy Bar, w/ unused pH probe
Gravity fed auto top off system w/ (2)30 gallon holding tanks with float valves, ATO kit from autotopoff.com w/ the dual float switch, and a redundant float valve in the sump.
(2) Hammerhead magnet cleaners
Refractometer
Lots of other maintenance equipment, food, etc

It's a really nice set up, would like to see it go to a good home since I have put a TON of hours into it.  I know I have forgot a bunch of stuff.  I will post some pictures later today.

I will sell the rock for $0.50 per lb.  Will consider parting out once the livestock is gone.

Email is kyleb100@hotmail.com or call me at 509-627-8915

Thanks,
Kyle

Here are some pics... as you can tell I haven't been paying nearly enough attention to it these days.  Still looks pretty good, but please excuse the cyano on the sand and how dirty the sump is!

The pic of the plumbing behind the tank won't rotate for some reason, so you have to look at it with your head horizontal... sorry

Rock and corals are all gone.  The Kole Tang is spoken for.  Still have a pink spotted goby, false percula, and 2 blue damsels.  If no one is interested, then it's off to the pet store with them.

Kyle, I'm sorry to see you getting out of the hobby.  Haven't seen you for quite some time.

I'd be interested in your skimmer for a dry tank I keep meaning to get set up.
I might also take some of the Koralias.

I have had a lot of other priorities these days... It broke my heart once the last of the fish were gone.  I'm sure someday I will get the itch again and set up another tank.  More than likely a smaller tank like a 29g or something... uh oh, already planning it out...  With that being said, you guys have all been great and I appreciate all the help this community has given me.  I couldn't have been nearly as successful without you.

The EV-120 and Koralia 3's are still available.  The Koralia Evolutions are spoken for though, if it falls through you'll be first in line.  PM me with your phone number and we can work it out, or give me a call.  Thanks!

The phosban reactor is also spoken for, if it falls through you will be the next in line.  Sorry about that.

(2) 48" Actinic VHO's with URI Ballast (Older Icecap) $40
Neptune Apex Lite Controller, Temperature Probe, new pH probe. $250
(2)Algae Free Hammerhead Magnet Cleaners. $20 each
Auto Top Off Kit, Dual Float Switch Operated Solenoid, from Autotopoff.com. $30
Lots of other maintenance type stuff, send me a message if you are looking for anything in particular.

Selling the Tank, Sump, Stand, Canopy, Oceans Motion, Dolphin Pump as a SET only... really do not want to break these apart as they mate together so well.  Also it would cause the new owner to redo a LOT of plumbing

Ed, I think I have you next in line if the controller falls through.  Supposed to be selling it on Friday, will let you know what happens.  Nacheetah, I can put you next after Ed if you'd like.

I am very interested in your ATO, but I live up in Yakima.  Any chance you would accept PayPal and be willing to toss it in a $5 flat rate box and ship it up to me?
