April meeting 4/14 @ 7PM - Grant's house

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.

Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

If you need address/directions, contact a club member.

Best if you park at Mini Mall (where the spaghetti establishment use to be)

You will get to see his new frag tank set up in the making.

Hope to see you there!

Activity always goes down in the summer and picks up again in the Fall.  There are still some people around, though.

I was reminded of two things that kill corals!!  Two things that are invisible to eye.   Calcium good, Alk good, Mag good, Stontium good,Boron good, what things do we overlook when we tend to look for other things?

hint two guys having identical aquariums:

That's a bit disheartening... I see so many empties up on Craigslist these days. Maybe we just need more choices!? It's sad when Petco is our best option! Aquatropics doesn't have anything these days (and when they do, I can't even come close to being able to afford the prices, ugh), and so few people have tanks that it's nearly impossible to trade with anyone, at least those we find on the board.

I have made a few friends with tanks, but by and large, there's so little going on that they just keep to themselves.  Cry

I am currently exuding disappointment, if you can't tell.

There are a lot of people in Tri-cities with tanks from old days- loyal members lurking in back ground.

I am not ringing a bell with you Eric.
But The summer is when people are pretty busy.   Its actually the best time to buy corals, etc.
But please do not harsh LFS.   LFS come on here too.   We are all one here.

You must be a ducky Beau (I'm thinking of the movie where they said that line)  We don't have  a tank but as of yet but we still manage to keep in touch.

I haven't heard where the next meeting is going to be so if someone can let me know, I will get it posted.

More info coming soon.

I have removed william's post and am sending a notice to let him know he's had his 1 warning.  If he posts this type of uncalled for inflamitory remark again, his account will be disabled.

It has nothing to do with not being able to handle "the truth" as you say, and everything to do with a ZERO tolerance for antagonistic posts. Especially from someone that has never been a paying member of the club. We have been polite and asked nicely, explaining why we deleted the post. Please don't push any further if you wish to continue being able to post on this board.
