April meeting 4/14 @ 7PM - Grant's house

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.

Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

If you need address/directions, contact a club member.

Best if you park at Mini Mall (where the spaghetti establishment use to be)

You will get to see his new frag tank set up in the making.

Hope to see you there!

Due to a rather unexpected layoff at a really non keen time, I have to put my saltwater ambitions on rather longterm hiatus.

This tank is there for going up for sale,
its never been used, is marked for drilling, for the overflow and an inline system, it includes a 75 gallon acrylic sump and the (7) 1.5 inch bulkheads that will be needed to plumb it as marked. This is 1 for the sump, and 6 for the overflows and inline system.  It also includes over $200 dollars of brand new Loc-Line for the internals of all this plumbing awesomeness.

In addition there is a1200 GPH pump and a Berlin  XL (brand new no pump) Skimmer (taking offers on these)

and 10 20lb bags of Live sand new in boxes.  asking 1$ a lb for these.

Thanks
Daniel

its a 150 Gallon tank, something I neglected to put in the first post, and I can finish or help finish the drilling if needed.

You could take it to Sea Max if you want to display and try to sell.
Any club members wanting to sell stuffs in SeaMax booth is welcome!

I'll also throw in there that I helped Daniel lay out the plan for the plumbing, and he's got the right placements to allow both a good closed loop with good flow and the return system through the fuge and sump.

Also, for anyone that remembers - this was originally Brandon's tank, built by Les (stand too) some number of years ago, but hasn't ever been run.  A real shame too, as I have seen this in person and it is a beautiful set-up.
