Mid-Columbia Saltwater Aquarium Club

April meeting 4/14 @ 7PM - Grant's house

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.

Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

If you need address/directions, contact a club member.

Best if you park at Mini Mall (where the spaghetti establishment use to be)

You will get to see his new frag tank set up in the making.

Hope to see you there!

I am expecting a package today.   All the way from Columbia.   Its the only way I can stand ya little shits.   Oh look class, Its Mister Hamster.  It looks like he got a little wet.. I just put him in the micro wave.   Pop Goes the Weezle.  (EXCERPT FROM ROBYN WILLIAMS).

I assure you this was a test.  If had been a actually Weezle Zapping you would have been told where to go for precautions.   Again I thank you for your time...

Saturday Morning was fast and furious.   I promised to wake Rod up.   I did not.   He called me about a half hour before we were suppose to leave he woke up by himself.   Everyone met at my house like agreed.  They left a little later than planned.   Rod and I left last.    Rod showed his display of excellent driving.   We had that Grand Prix sideways twice at 80 mph.   We hit water and hydroplaned.   If you ever do this you want a professional driver.    Rod acted like he did this everyday.   By the time I hung on for life it was over.  Rod did not overreact or anything.   I watched the White Taurus next to us  get off the road as fast as they could.

Rod, Terry, Trish, Zul, Phillip, Matt, his wife Sherri, and I went to Brents house.   His house is located on a gorgeous view on the hillside.   Brent showed us a lot about how he builds his sumps, He fixed the platform on my skimmer for me.   He modified a calcium reactor for Greg.   Brent gave away acrylic scraps.    There was equipment for sale there.   There was another guy with a 1/2 Sea Swirl (Jean Paul) for sale for 50-75 dollars with double end like mine.    The frag trading I think I robbed the bank.   I got two types of Capricornus.   I recieved two types of monipora digitata one green and one purple.   I recieved two types of Xenia.   Two types of Acropora, and one piece that I lost the pocilopora.    All I paid was twenty dollars.    The food was great.   The people were friendly as ever.   The Mighty Mojo and Aquadebacle showed up from Seattle.   Very intelligent people.   I think everyone tried to suck the knowledge from his brain.    Matt was sitting next to Mojo and I at a table.    Matt said the only thing missing is Mojo.   Mojo said that guy is a *&^$#, he is good for nothing.   I watched Matts eyes lite up with disbelief.     Mojo and I were laughing.   He is pretty cool.   He is modest and very intelligent.   I hope we can drag him down here sometime.   We all filtered out to seperate parts at meeting.   But I believe everyone had a super time.
I would give this a 9 out of 10 rating.   A nine because I did not win the lotto.   But everything else was super! Smiley
