April meeting 4/14 @ 7PM - Grant's house

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.

Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

If you need address/directions, contact a club member.

Best if you park at Mini Mall (where the spaghetti establishment use to be)

You will get to see his new frag tank set up in the making.

Hope to see you there!

The meeting will be held at Marty and Katy's house on Friday November 12th at 6:30.

We will cast our votes for our New MCSAC 2011 officers so attendance is very important.  Please note that only paid members will be allowed to vote.  If you have a family membership then that will give you two votes.

This will be a Thanksgiving Potluck with the hostess providing the Turkey and members will bring side dishes etc.

Here are the nominations:

PRESIDENT: Nate Canfield, Ed Hahn & Jim Briggs
VICE PRESIDENT: Beau Calamayan & Grant Ackerman
SECRETARY: Katy Keillor & Carmen Escalera
TREASURER: Stacie Hahn & Grant Ackerman

GOOD LUCK TO ALL!

This month's meeting will be a feast, a dish to pass is the thing to bring.  If you have a Thanksgiving dish that you really enjoy and/or are good at making...put up a post here to let us know and then bring it with you.   Wink

Look forward to seeing you there.

The hostess will provide: turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, homemade dinner rolls, some kind of dessert.

If anyone has folding chairs (card table style) that would be great. We will set up two dining room tables (story there Wink but could use more chairs. The place will be crowded.

For children: if my boys are playing video games, they will be rated M- Halo series, Fallout series, Fable series. We can arrange a family movie but be aware- if your little wander downstairs, they may see some things are not age appropriate.

You ought to let her use the computer sometime, Ed.   Grin
