April meeting 4/14 @ 7PM - Grant's house

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.

Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

If you need address/directions, contact a club member.

Best if you park at Mini Mall (where the spaghetti establishment use to be)

You will get to see his new frag tank set up in the making.

Hope to see you there!

Colleen and I will actually make this one!   Grin  I plan to bring notes on my method of determining how much suplement our tank is consuming so I can properly adjust my dosing programs.  Grant, this would be easiest to show by using a computer with internet connection.  Do you happen to have one that is connected to a TV monitor so we could show everyone at once?  If not, how about a laptop that people can gather around?

Also, if anyone has Ca, Mg, and Alk readings on their tank on a weekly/daily/even monthly basis and is interested - bring your values along with your TOTAL system volume (i.e. our tank is a 270 gallon, but with the fuge, sump, skimmer, pipes, etc - it is closer to 400 gallons total system volume).  You don't have to be exact, but estimate as close as possible.

See everyone tomorrow night!
