January Meeting 1/14/12 @ 6PM! - OFFICER ELECTIONS!

Beau is hosting the January Meeting this coming Saturday the 14th at 6PM.  It will be BYOB as well as a snack to share and raffle items are always welcome.  It has been requested that there be “NO SHOES” on the carpet due to it being a whitish color.

He doesn’t have a tank to view but we will have plenty to discuss in hopes that it will get the NEW YEAR off to a good start.  The annual membership fees are due, so now would be a good time to get them in to our Treasurer Stacey Hahn.   Fees are $20 per individual or $25 per family

Attendance was low at the election meeting in November and no votes were taken at December’s meeting so we have decided to take votes for anyone that didn’t get the opportunity in November and will be attending this meeting.
We will add the votes to November’s ballots and the announcement will be made during the meeting so we can go forward.
NOMINATIONS:
President:  Jim & Nacho
V. President: Ed, Bo & Daniel Leigey
Treasurer: Stacey
Secretary: Carmen & Angie

Let’s hope the New Year brings new members, returning members and new ideas.  The club is always willing to take suggestions to get the most out of the hobby we all enjoy.

Please PM Nate C. by clicking here for directions if you are not a club member.

Club members can click here to go to the club member only forum to get directions.

Hope to see you all there!

Posted on behalf of Ed, on behalf of Todd, who's selling his in-wall setup:

Here is the scoop.  I would make a whale of a deal on the entire setup. I will give complete instructions to anyone who is interested in setting any or all of this up. I will answer any questions by phone or please send emails and I will respond.  woodguy723@yahoo.com Obviously I will reduce prices for more items together.  I need to get interest gauged and then when I see where stuff is going to go, then I will let anyone local interested know when the dismantling and gathering of items/corals/fish will occur. First person who offers asking price will automatically get that Item if when the time comes if the individual item is not included in a "I'll take the whole lot, or I'll take all the stock for such and such offer etc. Stuff not spoken for locally will get ebayed or craigslisted etc. Any reasonable offer will be considered, I am ready to wheel and deal, and I will let you know if you have offered enough to secure the item. I will inform all bidders whose offers I accept when the "take down" will occur.  Todd Thornock

Years ago my mother used to say to me, she'd say, "In this world, Elwood, you must be" - she always called me Elwood - "In this world, Elwood, you must be oh so smart or oh so pleasant." Well, for years I was smart. I recommend pleasant. You may quote me.

William, I don't believe that Todd monitors the forums here anymore.  You'll need to email him or call him directly.  I'll PM you the phone number.
