Mid-Columbia Saltwater Aquarium Club

April meeting 4/14 @ 7PM - Grant's house

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.

Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

If you need address/directions, contact a club member.

Best if you park at Mini Mall (where the spaghetti establishment use to be)

You will get to see his new frag tank set up in the making.

Hope to see you there!

Working as one to promote anyone willing to learn

« on: April 07, 2004, 01:37:46 pm »

I have been working OT all this week.   Last night my tank was making that funny out of water noise.   My wife added water.  She was worried about my water pump frying.   My overflow filter had a hole in the siphon tube.   I shut my pump off  and water overflowed in my sump.
Wife was really excited then.   I called Matt.  Matt brought some special acrylic glue over on whim.    He grabbed my dremel tool.   I stood back and watched as he cleaned the surface area of my syphon tube(Da Da Da SUPER MAT!)   I felt helpless as Super Matt fixed my siphon tube.  I watched him drift away into the Dark.   I ran after him with Money.   It was too late...He drifted away into the Dark...  Be on the look out for Mr Fix it in a white little car.  But ocifer he just showed up, fixed my problem and dissapeared in the Dark?

this add was not a paid advertisement, all time was donated by a need to know and should be supported at your local saltwater club.  We just feel its something that never goes away.  We understand that Saltwater is addictive and should not be done alone.  We do not claim to be professionals.  We just claim its addictive.  So be aware of small creatures do like to live in your Saltwater Tank.     These small creatures tend to come out at night.   All we can clearly say is...Saltwater Happens!
