January Meeting 1/14/12 @ 6PM! - OFFICER ELECTIONS!

Beau is hosting the January Meeting this coming Saturday the 14th at 6PM.  It will be BYOB as well as a snack to share and raffle items are always welcome.  It has been requested that there be “NO SHOES” on the carpet due to it being a whitish color.

He doesn’t have a tank to view but we will have plenty to discuss in hopes that it will get the NEW YEAR off to a good start.  The annual membership fees are due, so now would be a good time to get them in to our Treasurer Stacey Hahn.   Fees are $20 per individual or $25 per family

Attendance was low at the election meeting in November and no votes were taken at December’s meeting so we have decided to take votes for anyone that didn’t get the opportunity in November and will be attending this meeting.  
We will add the votes to November’s ballots and the announcement will be made during the meeting so we can go forward.

Let’s hope the New Year brings new members, returning members and new ideas.  The club is always willing to take suggestions to get the most out of the hobby we all enjoy.

1. See the link on top left "MCMAC 2009 Page" for sponsor banners which needs updating.  New topic will be started to THANK all of our sponsors as soon as the list is updated so they are not missed as they are a very important part of making this event a successful one. 

2. Volunteer meeting Tuesday July 14th at Rick & Barbie's at 6:30 pm. post on here if you need the address.                                                     

3. Schedule of events will be posted tomorrow.

4.  Shirts are in so if you ordered and haven't paid for them, please try to do so on Tuesday at the meeting.  I hear they are sharp looking.

5. Salads & side dish preparation to take place at Rick & Barbie's Thursday July 16th at noon and the canopy's, tables & chairs etc will be after 4:00 pm.

A small change to the Volunteer schedule.  Tables & Chairs will not be set up until 11:30 am on Friday.  We have a group of kids from a baseball team that will be there to help set up.

We will still be doing the salads/side dish prep at noon on Thursday.

Don't forget to bring styro foam coolers for your purchases, if you any extras.

We will have tables and chairs but you may want to bring your favorite lawn chair as well.
