April meeting 4/14 @ 7PM - Grant's house

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.

Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

If you need address/directions, contact a club member.

Best if you park at Mini Mall (where the spaghetti establishment use to be)

You will get to see his new frag tank set up in the making.

Hope to see you there!

This Sunday June 21st at 5pm There will be a get together to talk about Planning for MCMAC.
The plan is to meet at 6915 W. 2nd Ave. in Kennewick.

Topics to be discussed

 Corals/Clams
How much money are we spending and what type?  Does anyone else want to purchase anything?   If so  you need to be there to discuss this.  Be active and communicate or you miss out.

T-shirts-
The cost is 20.00 per shirt.   How many do you want?  If possible can you prepay for T-shirts.  We need to get this order in.

Any other issues we can talk about to make it a smooth transition.

thanks! Smiley

We will be there as well.  We should have the Father's day stuff out of the way by that time.

Ok, I am hearing people can not make it Sunday because of Father's Day.

Would you be more comfortable doing a Order/Meeting on Monday June 22nd @ 6pm for a few hours?
Would you rather have Meeting as originally planned?

Please give me your feed back ASAP.

thanks,
Ed Smiley

We are getting feed back from our children because they want to spend the day with DAD so we would rather do it on a weekday.

Hey guys,

Colleen and I could host on a weekday, and Jim should be able to be here by 5:30 or so, since it's closer to work.  Let us know.  366-3450 is my cell if you want to call.  If Ed and Stacie are set on hosting, no problem there either.

We probably need to discuss what will be wanted/needed for whoever is going to lead the tour through our place.  Don't know if this meeting is a good time to do that, or if we need to do that offline with someone.  We should at least figure out who will lead people through our place so we can talk about that.  I personally think Rick would be best, since he had a big hand in helping build our system...but not sure if he's going to be up for it or not.  Can we have a back-up picked out just in case?

Time is the issue.   The list will come out today.   Good stuff gets picked fast.    I am not going to keep bothering this distributor and irritate him.

Order for conference was organized! Thank you Jimbo.
Corals and Clams.

T-shirts were organized-thank you Stace and Jimbo and those that made order.
Extras will be purchased.   They will be sold on First come first served basis.

New list will come today and order will most likely be made as soon as list is out with requested stuff from people that participated last night.

thanks again for working together! Smiley

Also got some awesome news from Treasurer!
Enjoyed a relaxing new barley pop with awesome news!
Things are looking good.  Smiley
