January Meeting 1/14/12 @ 6PM! - OFFICER ELECTIONS!

Beau is hosting the January Meeting this coming Saturday the 14th at 6PM.  It will be BYOB as well as a snack to share and raffle items are always welcome.  It has been requested that there be “NO SHOES” on the carpet due to it being a whitish color.

He doesn’t have a tank to view but we will have plenty to discuss in hopes that it will get the NEW YEAR off to a good start.  The annual membership fees are due, so now would be a good time to get them in to our Treasurer Stacey Hahn.   Fees are $20 per individual or $25 per family

Attendance was low at the election meeting in November and no votes were taken at December’s meeting so we have decided to take votes for anyone that didn’t get the opportunity in November and will be attending this meeting.
We will add the votes to November’s ballots and the announcement will be made during the meeting so we can go forward.
NOMINATIONS:
President:  Jim & Nacho
V. President: Ed, Bo & Daniel Leigey
Treasurer: Stacey
Secretary: Carmen & Angie

Let’s hope the New Year brings new members, returning members and new ideas.  The club is always willing to take suggestions to get the most out of the hobby we all enjoy.

Please PM Nate C. by clicking here for directions if you are not a club member.

Club members can click here to go to the club member only forum to get directions.

Hope to see you all there!

We stopped at JJ'S Reef Aquarium in Moses Lake on Saturday and picked up a Rose Milli for a good price.  It was the first time we had been there but I thought it was a nice clean store and also had some nice corals for decent prices.

If anyone has a chance, you should check it out.  We also mentioned the conference and he said that we can send a flyer to see if anyone in their area club would be interested in attending.

It's a small world because as we were talking to the owner, we discovered that he went to school with my husband's brother.

It seems the time is going by real fast and before you know it, we will be in full force putting the conference together.

If anyone has styrofoam coolers they want to donate for the conference, please bring them to the next meeting so we can use them for livestock going home from the conference.

If you can't make the next meeting and you have some to donate, let me know and we can arrange to pick them up.

Thanks!

I really don't know how much more I can do right now about helping with  the 2009 MCMAC. Will there be a website with more information than what is on your flier?
I am unable to attend. I have spoken to someone about discussing the Tanks For Teachers Program, but it looks like he is also unable to attend.
I hope our posts at pnwmas.org have been helpful in some way. Let us know if you have updates on speakers, vendor booths, etc.
