January Meeting 1/14/12 @ 6PM! - OFFICER ELECTIONS!

Beau is hosting the January Meeting this coming Saturday the 14th at 6PM.  It will be BYOB as well as a snack to share and raffle items are always welcome.  It has been requested that there be “NO SHOES” on the carpet due to it being a whitish color.

He doesn’t have a tank to view but we will have plenty to discuss in hopes that it will get the NEW YEAR off to a good start.  The annual membership fees are due, so now would be a good time to get them in to our Treasurer Stacey Hahn.   Fees are $20 per individual or $25 per family

Attendance was low at the election meeting in November and no votes were taken at December’s meeting so we have decided to take votes for anyone that didn’t get the opportunity in November and will be attending this meeting.
We will add the votes to November’s ballots and the announcement will be made during the meeting so we can go forward.
NOMINATIONS:
President:  Jim & Nacho
V. President: Ed, Bo & Daniel Leigey
Treasurer: Stacey
Secretary: Carmen & Angie

Let’s hope the New Year brings new members, returning members and new ideas.  The club is always willing to take suggestions to get the most out of the hobby we all enjoy.

Please PM Nate C. by clicking here for directions if you are not a club member.

Club members can click here to go to the club member only forum to get directions.

Hope to see you all there!

.we raised the price from 2007 15 bucks. so non-members 70.00 per family ,60.00 individual ,members 60.00 per family, 50.00 individual. that includes two meals, tank tour and speakers.we are going to be per-saleing conference t shirts. but don't have price as of yet. hope all can come and we'll have a good time

Portland Club Vice President John Manrow asked what he could do to help.

Ed, we checked out the Portland thread, sounds like really great support and interest from folks down there.  It's great the vice pres. is offering to help out!

Sounds like we will have a great group of speakers this year, I'm so bummed we'll be out of town!  :-(  We will, however, make sure our tank is available for the tour.

Yeah, they offered to do what they could to help.    Thank you for heads up.
So Spokane has Kevin and Barbie willing to help.   If Portland can do anything they will.   I will check on mailing flyers to LFS in Portland or asking one of them to post flyers at LFS or possibly go to meeting in Portland.

Stace said something about going to Spokane.   We will see how that pans out.

We had a club officers meeting and decided that it would be a great idea if we gave you the option to do a payment plan towards the 2009 MCMAC Conference ticket purchase.

With the economy and all, this may help with allocating the cost and not feeling the pinch all at once.  I'm definitely going to take advantage of it because this is one conference I don't want to miss.  I'm looking forward to all the great speakers and the tank tour, of course.

Our treasurer (Stacey) has agreed to keep a payment card on file with your name on it so if you are interested in taking advantage of this plan, you can email her at: staciepuananihahn@yahoo.com or esmzhahn@clearwire.net for more information.

You can make 3 easy payments (May, June and July) and have it paid by the deadline of July 15th.  She will also do a "will call" and can hold your ticket at the door.

Ticket Prices:
Members:  $60/Family or $50/Individual
Non-Members: $70/ Family or $60/Individual

This price is good for the two day event July 17th & 18th which includes 2 dinners, 4 speakers, tank tour, auction, raffles and a great experience of sharing the hobby with others.
