January Meeting 1/14/12 @ 6PM! - OFFICER ELECTIONS!

Beau is hosting the January Meeting this coming Saturday the 14th at 6PM.  It will be BYOB as well as a snack to share and raffle items are always welcome.  It has been requested that there be “NO SHOES” on the carpet due to it being a whitish color.

He doesn’t have a tank to view but we will have plenty to discuss in hopes that it will get the NEW YEAR off to a good start.  The annual membership fees are due, so now would be a good time to get them in to our Treasurer Stacey Hahn.   Fees are $20 per individual or $25 per family

Attendance was low at the election meeting in November and no votes were taken at December’s meeting so we have decided to take votes for anyone that didn’t get the opportunity in November and will be attending this meeting.
We will add the votes to November’s ballots and the announcement will be made during the meeting so we can go forward.
NOMINATIONS:
President:  Jim & Nacho
V. President: Ed, Bo & Daniel Leigey
Treasurer: Stacey
Secretary: Carmen & Angie

Let’s hope the New Year brings new members, returning members and new ideas.  The club is always willing to take suggestions to get the most out of the hobby we all enjoy.

Please PM Nate C. by clicking here for directions if you are not a club member.

Club members can click here to go to the club member only forum to get directions.

Hope to see you all there!

We have gathered up some stuff and would like to take it over on Sunday, if possible.  I plan on taking you the tang as well.

Maybe this would be a good day for others to take some stuff over as well.

Ed, let us know if this would be a good time.

I will be home around 3pm on Friday.   I am not sure if Stace is taking day off or not.   It would be safe to plan on 3pm if that works for you?

I have a few things to bring by tonight, including a futon/frame.

Do you think anyone would want to buy miniature tomato plants (they bear lots of cherry tomatoes on 12" plants)?  I seem to have a few (dozen) too many...

I want to say thanks to all of those that helped with another successful yard sale.  Smiley

Ed & Stacey, for providing their home and allowing us to keep everything stored there until then, as well as helping with all the set up, sales and cleanup.

Nate & Colleen for all the help setting up the tables and sorting the items as well as relieving Stacey periodically on Saturday with the sales and keeping the items organized.

Matt & Jennifer, Paul, Mike & Karen: Thanks for being there and assisting where needed especially with  the cleanup.

A special thanks to all of those that donated items because without that, we would've never been able to have a successful sale once again.

Stacey, I hope the sunburn didn't keep you awake especially since you only had one hour of sleep. Cry

The financial status will be announced at the next meeting.

Also, thanks to Rick & Barbie for the use of thier tables, without those additional tables, we would have had a real space issue!
