April meeting 4/14 @ 7PM - Grant's house

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.

Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

If you need address/directions, contact a club member.

Best if you park at Mini Mall (where the spaghetti establishment use to be)

You will get to see his new frag tank set up in the making.

Hope to see you there!

We will put you down for February.   Is Saturday February 9th going to work for you?

I'm sure plenty of photographers will be there to take pictures of your tank and we will just need to bombard John with pics.

What do you think?

I'm guessing Daisha for Feb meeting?  Since this broke out of the other thread, it doesn't say for sure.

Hmmm... I thought the Feb meeting was supposed to be at our house?  Huh  I am likely confused - and just as happy to go to Dashia's, but can someone tell me which month we signed up for then, if it wasn't Feb?  I was supposed to confirm with Cindy and hadn't done that yet, so now I am not sure when the meeting is at our house.  Please let me know!

Oh Boy, not off to a good start that's for sure.  I thought we were looking for someone to do the February meeting.  I will call Cindy tomorrow and find out who signed up for what months and I will post the information so we can fill in the blanks.

I may be apologizing for one thing or another for the next year since that is the term for me unless I get demoted Wink

I'm sure this will be an easy fix and again my apology.

Nacho,

Vicky and Darrel signed up for February with the caveat that she needed to check her calendar to be sure she would be available.  Then Zul agreed to be the backup in case Vicky was not able to host the meeting.  We were all waiting on Vicky to check her calendar and get back with an answer.

At least that is what I remembered from the meeting.

Nacho,

If we are still on for the Feb. meeting we need to change to Feb.16 because I have a 3 day tennis tournament on the 9th. Thanks Zul Smiley

I believe we got the oversight resolved and the next meeting will be held at Vicky and Daryl's on Feb. 9th (Saturday) at 7:00 p.m.

We will update at a later date on the topic and it will be the usual.  Snacks & Drinks are welcome.

Directions will also be provided at a later date.

Website notice is now updated.

It's great to have an abundance of people willing to share their homes for this community. Smiley

No demotions for Nacho - this is all on me!  As Rick noted, I had not yet confirmed with Cindy.  So  that was my bad.  Sorry to all for the confusion - looking forward to seeing everyone on the 9th at our house.  I will provide directions to Nacho and Cindy via PM.  Thanks.

Ok, so I can't figure out how to attach a map in a PM to Nacho and I can't even find Cindy in the members to send a PM too (I am out of practice on this forum!).  If you don't know how to get to our house, PM me and I'll send you a dang map!
