April meeting 4/14 @ 7PM - Grant's house

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.

Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

If you need address/directions, contact a club member.

Best if you park at Mini Mall (where the spaghetti establishment use to be)

You will get to see his new frag tank set up in the making.

Hope to see you there!

That's okay, hopefully someone else will will be able have it as theirs this spring!   Grin

Nate:

Great job,  I really appreciate you going to all of the work to coordinate.  I will be on travel this week returning lreal ate Friday.  Post when you get it, then I will give you a call to pickup, unless Rik wants to pickup and I can get it at his house and pay.  Either way works for me.  Thanks again.

No problem Wayne.  We have a couple others going in with us from the meeting last night too...so, shipping will change again slightly.  It's completely up to you and Rick regarding pick-up.  We will be out of town over the weekend, but I'm home most evenings after 4:30 or so...if you want to stop over in the evening and see the tank when you pick stuff up, you are more than welcome to do so.

I'll be putting the order in first thing tomorrow, and they should deliver on Friday.  Colleen has the day off, so she'll be here on and off through the day.  Once it arrives, I'll post up here and then PM you all with her cell number so you can pick up earlier in the day if you want.

Looking forward to getting this stuff in...I'm tired of dosing by hand, and can't wait to automate the process with the new dosing pumps!   Cool

Nate - I don't think I'll go in this time, since I haven't really looked at either of the websites yet.  Thanks.  Marty

OK, final update on order costs for everyone that ended up joining in with us, the order is in and final at this point.

I'm not going to duplicate the table above, just talk about the updates to the list on this post, and give the new totals for everyone with the additional items being shipped.

Changes since the last post:
Red_Six, the 1 gallon Fe Oxide was out of stock, your wife told me to just go ahead and order the 2 gallon ($39.00 instead of $21.00, I re-calculated your individual shipping total, and it stayed the same).

Craig - 2 gallon kit $9.99  and 1 DI resin refill (color change) $10.00

Jim Briggs - 5 gallon pail of Lignite Carbon $44.00

So, with that said, here's the breakdown for each and every one of us on the 2-part order:

Dakota's dad $9.99 + $6.52 = $16.51

Ed  $30.55 + 6.14 = $36.69

Fraggy $85.97 + $23.17 = $109.14

Nate $184.86 + $17.43 = $202.29

Red_Six $166.97 + $20.83 = $187.80

Rico $39.98 + $15.25 = $55.23

Sirfisher $39.98 + $15.25 = $55.23

Craig $19.99 + $6.70 = $26.69

Jim Briggs $44.00 + $10.61 = $54.61

If anyone has questions please let me know.  I can explain how things were calculated if you want, and can even send you a copy of the excel sheet so you can check it out yourself if you want.

I'll let you know when the shipment arrives.

OK everyone, the package is out for delivery!  It should be available for pick-up tonight or Sunday, won't be available tomorrow.  Anytime next week in the evening will work as well.

I'll PM each of you with my cell number, just give a call before heading over to pick things up, so we know you are coming (and so I can give you directions).

Also, any of you that ordered food with us, that's here now as well.  If you don't have my number, PM me with your number and I'll get back to you ASAP.

OK, well, plans are changed for us again, we will be around tomorrow.  We don't want to mess with trying to get across the pass tomorrow.  So, anytime this weekend is fine for pick-up.

Fraggy, your Magnesium Sulfate came in as a 1 gallon pail (although I got charged for the 2 gallon).  Red_Six, your "the total package" wasn't in the box (but I got billed for it).  I've e-mailed the supplier to determine what they are going to do for us on these items.  I'll keep you posted as soon as I hear from them.

Just talked to 2-part.  They are going to ship the remaining items for Fraggy and Red_Six to show up on Friday this week, with no additional charge.   Smiley

I will call both of you when things arrive.

Nacho, I owe you money back, and you can pick up your order any evening this week if you want.
