April meeting 4/14 @ 7PM - Grant's house

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.

Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

If you need address/directions, contact a club member.

Best if you park at Mini Mall (where the spaghetti establishment use to be)

You will get to see his new frag tank set up in the making.

Hope to see you there!

Hey,

I am looking for small frags of rare zoas, palys, lps, or sps (mainly looking for encrusting montis, but interested in pretty much anything if it looks nice). I would prefer to trade for frags and have a pretty good variety of zoas and palys, as well as a few blasto frags, to trade. I am also willing to pay reasonable amounts. I am trying to build my collection without having to pay the shipping that it takes to get frags out here!

Anyway, this is my thread at nano-reef.com. All the zoas pictures are available for trade, and many have already been fragged in the past few months and are doing very well. In particular I have a lot of eagle eyes (very nice morph), RPEs, Green Bay Packers, red palys (nearly identical to AOG), pink palys or a few varieties, a few types of nice green palys, purple palys, and a variety of others. The only ones that are not available are the frags of my new shipment. I only have a couple polyps of each, you will be able to see which ones I am talking about if you page through...

http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=130910&st=100

I can get specific pics of my frags if there is interest.

I have heard that the club meetings are good for frag trading, but with my classes, labs every day of the week, volunteering at the ER every Friday, and working a couple jobs I really can't make it to them...

Anyway, I will entertain any offer! In particular I am looking for really nice zoas/palys and small lps frags. Let me know if you're interested!

BTW, I am located in Walla Walla but I have a car. I also can ship but I would prefer not to.

Oh yeah, I would be very interested in micros or acans.

I guess I'll throw in a few pics:

And if you want to know about any of my frags you can ask Glen (Jimi Thing) as I have given him some.

These bam bams won't be ready for a while...

Some of the pics there are the actual frags available, but some are also the mother colonies. If you're interested in one let me know. I do have some available that are not shown, and as I said if there's actually any interest I can get more specific pics of the frags I have. Thanks all!

None? Really? I am not looking for anything too spectacular. I just want to add some diversity to my collection and do the same for someone else. Anything you have or anything I have that looks interesting, just let me know!

Not sure if you'd be interested in any digitata, we'v got green and purple.  Also Teal Acro that could easily be fragged.  We have a lot of others I'd be interested in trading, but nothing is ready yet, still on the small side.  If you have any interest, let me know, I can get pictures for you and post them.

You coming to the Christmas meeting?

Hey, sorry for the slow reply, it's been a really hellish week at school. If you do have pics of the digi I would definitely be interested. I have a green and a couple other colors but if what you have is a different variety I would be interested. I think that I have a teal acro, though. Also, when you get more frags I would love to see them!

I would come to the Christmas meeting but I am going back home to Minnesota for break so I won't be within driving range, to say the least.

Minnesota huh?  Yep, that'd be a drive!  Tongue

We've been meaning to get new pictures of our tank anyway.  I'll try to get some here in the next few days and then post them up.  If you see anything you like, you can always ask me for a chunk.  If it isn't big enough yet, it will be someday!
