April meeting 4/14 @ 7PM - Grant's house

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.

Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

Hey,

My name is Josiah, I'm a student at Whitman in Walla Walla. I want to place an order with TFO as they have a lot of really rare items such as sexy shrimp, pom pom crabs, and a lot more for CHEAP. You can get a pom pom for 7 bucks, electric crocea clams for 24, mandarin gobys for 7, rose bubble tip anemones for 50, and they have amazing prices on fish. Here's the catch, they charge nearly 70 dollars for shipping!

So, I would really like to get a group together and place a large order. If we got 5 people in on the order shipping for drop to $14 each. With the prices they have that is a great deal. I have been wanting some sexy shrimp and pom pom crabs for a long time, and this is the first place ever that I have seen with both in stock, let alone so cheap!

Anyone who wants either fish, inverts, or coral should check this place out. They have a huge selection and incredible prices. I definitely will place an order if I can get a couple people in on it. I

They even have octopuses available. Unreal.

Here are some interesting things they have available:

Pom Pom Crab ($7!!!)

I realize this sounds like an add for the place. I only did this because I really, really want to make this order and I can't handle that shipping price on my own. Let me know if you're interested. Check out the site, there's a lot there.

Oh yeah, I checked them out on the Better Business Bureau (I always am wary of cheap websites) and they have a satisfactory rating. So that's good.

Great! I am hoping to get a few more people...

Come on, they have some cool stuff. Anyway, it will probably be a week or two. In that time I am counting on getting a few more people in to split the shipping. I emailed the owner to see if they have any shipping deals and I joined the website. Members get 25 bucks off orders that total over 300, so if we get enough people we can save nearly 10% there.

Humm, little interest. In any case, I will likely make an order within a week or two and would like anyone else to come on board. I wish I could make it to the meeting tomorrow but I'm over an hour and a half away with a lot of homework...

There were a couple of club group orders within the last month or so.  I think most are doing ok as even these orders were small.
