ebay Hag from Hell....

Laura and Jim will be hosting the May meeting this Saturday the 12th and it will be the usual of food, drinks, raffle and fun.
 
Doors will be open at 6:00 pm for social talk and the meeting will start at 7:00.  Parking gets a little tight and the city says you can't park on 4th but there is a parking lot a block away.   Meeting is usually held in the backyard so feel free to bring your favorite lawn chair, weather permitting of course.

Best if you park at Mini Mall (where the spaghetti establishment use to be)

I sent a Pay Pal check to a lady in Missouri for my UV on January 12th upon winning a auction.  I saw notification that she recieved my payment.  I waited and asked for my UV on the 19th.   I heard nothing.   I emailed her again on the 21st.   She replied on the 22nd all pissed off.  I emailed back saying we had a binding contract.  She told me she had to go to hospital for someone.   I asked her to send my UV.   I told her I knew she recieved payment.    She replied last night saying I was rude and impatient.   My point is...I paid for this on the 12th.    I wonder if I will recieve it?   I checked my Ebay name today and she has complained about me?   But I still have no UV sterilizer...  Has anyone else had a problem like this?

How did she complain about you.  What is your ebay username. (I have done a ton of stuff with Ebay).  If you won the auction and she is dragging her feet you are protected.  Send her one more e-mail asking when she is going to mail it out.  And mention that if she doesn't do it right away you are going to cancel payment through paypal.  You are totally protected through paypal..  I might wait a couple more days though.  Maybe till monday, that way it is 2 solid weeks and you can't be blamed for not giving her enough time..   When did the auction end? on the 12th, or is that just when you paid for it?

I got a email on the 23 saying she shipped it out insured.   I won this on the 12th of January.  She recieved payment imediately by Pay Pal.  She claims it took nine days for a check to clear.   But I thought when you paid by Pay Pal the funds were electronically transfered imediately?   Her Name is Goofygrinch.

Well it's not your fault how long the check takes to clear.  If she has recieved payment thats all she can ask for.  She should have just mentioned to you that the check hadn't cleared and that she was waiting for that..

I will wait for my item then rip her a new bunger with Ebay.   I have been saving my emails.    I think Ebay would erase the bad comment because Ebay operates Paypal now?   I bet my sea swirl comes in before the UV does.

Yes Ebay does run paypal.  Also you make sure you go in and leave and explaination to the negative feedback.  You are allowed to do that.  Otherwize no one will deal with you on e-bay..

I recieved My UV last night in the mail.   The way it was shipped was not very good.   It is broken in two pieces.   It is broke between the ballast and the  main housing.  The quartz cap is busted, the quartz sleeve is busted,and bulb is busted.   I have to go to Post office to try to get my money to repair this.  The parts alone were $105 dollars from Custom Aquatics to fix this.   Ebay hag from hell will get a nice little feed back.  I just need to think of something short?  I only have eight characters.   :evil:

did the box get bashed up or did it look like it could have been broken before??  Was it insured?  Did she guarentee shipping??  Have you let her know it's all messed up

I went to post office.  The post office said they will cover the damages.   I spoke with Kevin, then spoke with Custom Aquatics.   Thanks to both of them I will have my parts by Friday.   The parts and shipping cost $152.47.   I want to rip ole Drunken Ebay Hag a new one.   I called Ebay.  My opion is ....it might of been broke before she shipped it.   Imagine a 25 Watt Aqua Utraviolet with wiper broke in middle.   That is what I got. I think the insurance deal was a scam on her part.   My opinion, she took so long to ship because she broke it.   I threatened her on the 22nd that we had a binding contract.    She got drunk, or sounded drunk, slurring her words, maybe she was giving head I do not know? lmao...pictureing a toothless foul mouthed biker bitch.  Sorry,  I have to have some time of relief.   Package was insured, sent priority mail, but she pocketed the money for shipping about nine dollars.  Probably for her bottle of Md 20/20 or ripple? Humor makes things go smoother for me...wish you fun Ed
PS. BEWARE Of Goofygrinch on EBAY AKA.  I hold the money for 11 days because I spent it on Thunderbird wine.  Oh was I suppose to ship this?..pardon me I will call you with my mouth full and swear at you lady in MO.   Did she ship it broke....I wonder? :roll:

Doesn't the insurance money go back to the person who shipped it? You might not ever get that money also. Sam thing happened to my wife who ordered plates off of Ebay. They broke and the post office did the claim but said the money has to go back to the shipper and we had to work with them to get the money. It's been three years and my wife never got the money or the plates. :evil:  :evil:  :evil:  :evil:  :evil:

   I will probably never get my money either.   I will have to wait and see.  I paid for parts from Custom Aquatics.  I will contact Ebay if I do not get my money.   I was told it would take two weeks.

I turned in a claim at post office.   It was a hassle.   I had to contact Custom Aquatics and get a quote to get it repaired.   Then I got money to fix it from insurance.    I lost money with shipping.   So it cost me a lot more to get this item back to original state.
